Dale Caldwell is the CEO and Head of The Village Charter School. His experience includes serving as CEO of Tempus Management Consulting; Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting; Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at Scholastic; Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and Executive Director of the Newark Alliance. Dale is the author of four books, President of the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission, a former President of the New Brunswick Board of Education. He lives in New Jersey with his wife Sharon and daughter Ashley.
Paul earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Yale University where he specialized in behavior modification and motivation. Paul has served on the faculties of Davidson College and Princeton University where he has taught courses in Leadership, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Survey Development, Research Methods and Statistics. She is also the President of the NJOD (New Jersey Organization Development Learning Community). Fabiola is an award winning journalist and mother of 3 children. She and her mother own and operate Company, which distributes educational bilingual products worldwide. Originally from Venezuela, Fabby and her husband and fellow journalist, Rene now live in the Tri-State area where she works from her home office so that she can be close to her children.
